All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless cryptocurrency is selected. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal.
Collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of system errors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
candy88 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-platform notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and candy88 (hereinafter referred to as "candy88", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at candy88.cam.

By accessing the candy88 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any service provided by candy88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. candy88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the candy88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. candy88 does not accept registrations from, and expressly excludes liability to, individuals located in Prohibited Territories.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from candy88, or who are subject to a court order or regulatory order prohibiting gambling, are not eligible to register.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The registration or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. candy88 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and any other information requested. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security credentials with any third party. candy88 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, bets placed, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been made by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify candy88 support immediately.
candy88 is required to implement robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be requested at any time during the lifecycle of your Account.
Standard KYC verification requires the following documentation:
Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours (09:00–22:00 MYT). Complex cases may take up to 48 hours. candy88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing during the verification period. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals will not ordinarily require repeated KYC unless material changes to your Account or transaction patterns are detected.
candy88 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period, or where documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise unsatisfactory.
candy88 supports a broad range of Malaysian and international payment methods to facilitate deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger account review procedures.
The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your Account instantly upon payment confirmation. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers typically take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require one (1) network confirmation and typically credit within 15–30 minutes, depending on network congestion at the time of transfer.
The primary operating currency of candy88 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, wagering, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless a cryptocurrency payment channel is used, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction is applied. candy88 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard MYR deposits.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. candy88 is committed to processing verified withdrawals promptly and does not impose unnecessary delays on accounts in good standing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet channels and RM100 for bank transfer channels. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for cryptocurrency channels, though network fees may apply on the receiving end.
candy88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
candy88 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, and repeated registration for promotions using different identities. Where bonus abuse is identified, candy88 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the affected account(s).
Players eligible for the candy88 Brand Migration Programme may receive a one-time migration bonus of up to MYR 588, subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Tier-matching is at the sole discretion of candy88 and is subject to verification of the claimed tier on the previous platform. candy88 does not endorse, reference, or make claims about any competing platform in connection with this programme.
All bets placed on candy88 are subject to the applicable game rules for the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). By placing a bet, you agree to the specific rules governing that product in addition to these general Terms.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except where the Platform's specific rules for that game or betting market expressly permit cash-out or bet editing functionality. candy88 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets on the basis of Player error or change of mind.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error ("palpable error") that results in odds or game outcomes being displayed at rates materially different from their intended values, candy88 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such conditions and to return stakes to affected accounts, without any obligation to honour the erroneously displayed value.
Sports betting markets at candy88 cover domestic and international competitions including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and major international sports including UFC, NBA, and tennis. The settlement of sports bets is governed by the outcome of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the recognised governing body of that sport. candy88 applies standard Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay rules as referenced in the Sports Betting product rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the candy88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

Where an Account is closed due to prohibited conduct or fraud, candy88 may forfeit the entire account balance, including deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the case. Where closure occurs for other reasons, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; or use Platform content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of candy88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, candy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions.
candy88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time of the incident; or (b) MYR 10,000.
candy88 provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any aspect of the Platform. In particular, candy88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
candy88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, candy88 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where the change is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case the change may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and entertainment services. candy88 operates under applicable international licensing frameworks and is not subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with your Account, a transaction, or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact candy88 support in the first instance. candy88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where informal resolution is not achievable, candy88 may refer the matter to independent arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
